Bali is one of islands in Indonesia which is visited by many visitors, since Bali has natural beauty, cultural diversity with its own uniqueness. Considering such condition, so government provides tourism supporting facilities, such as business of tourism service covering business of traveling, crucial recreation which are important to support tourism like hotel, namely a temporary accommodation for visitors during staying at destination areas in Bali and other services provided by hotel that offers safe and comfort feelings to visitors.

Tourists visit level especially foreign ones to Bali increased or decreased from year to year. This is due to unstable of economic situation and condition, politic and security both nationally and internationally.

From time to time, development of hotel, villa and other accommodation in Bali has increased. This development will bring about direct and indirect impact to these local society lives. To anticipate the unwanted impacts, so we are demanded to be able to understand clearly about function and existence of these assets.
